acres Uptom Pine Trail (5 1/2 miles) which is located in the Bissell

Road/ Rockaway Road/Potterstown Road area.

Full board available at beautiful peaceful farm for you and your horse

to enjoy. Trainer/Instructor lives onsite Trails right out back. In the

winter months the horses spend their days outside while staying cozy

inside at night. In the summer months, the horses are turned out during

the night and spend the day inside. We offer turnout both individual and group, on over 15 acres of large fields with lush grass.

FULL STALL BOARD $525, per month

12x 12 matted stalls with Dutch Doors
All day Turn Out / in one of several fenced in paddocks
Daily stall cleaning includes shavings
Premium  hay fed 2x daily
Grain (supplied by the owner) fed twice daily
Water always available and buckets cleaned daily
Fly Spray application & Fly masks, Blankets put on / off
Available heated tack room to store your horse's equipment

PADDOCK BOARD $425, per month

24 / 7 turnout in grass paddock with huge run in shed
Grain (supplied by the owner) fed twice daily
Hay included in winter months.
Water and mineral block always available
Blanketing put on / off
large heated tack room
Water troughs cleaned weekly
